My client are a small successful Property Investment and Development Agency in Marylebone looking to hire a PA/Office Manager.

Working with a busy, small team they are seeking somebody with an extremely positive and can-do attitude with advanced computer/technology skills. The office is vibrant, fun as well as being very professional.

The role:

  • Managing the day to day office running
  • Supporting the owner with PA Duties
  • Minute taking - including live dictation
  • Creating and managing systems to ensure smooth running of processes
  • Conducting weekly marketing and sales meetings with the sales team
  • Maintain website content and writing and creating property brochures and marketing material.
  • Booking travel, meetings and appointments
  • Managing inboxes of various team members
  • Producing and prof reading documents

The ideal person:

  • Excellent English communication skills to liaise with clients and external suppliers.
  • Previous PA/Office Management experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite and Hubspot/CRM systems.
  • Work under on initiative in a busy environment
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram
  • Diary Management + Coordination

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced PA/Office Manager to join a small business where they will have the opportunity to develop the role and progress, using their own autonomy.

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 dependant on experience Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30 to 6pm and Friday 9:30 to 5:30pm
