Our client, a prolific artist management company, is seeking a PA/Office Manager who ideally has a background in the music industry and a love of electronic music.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Serving as PA to company Directors.

· Scheduling meetings, diary organisation, work travel arrangements.

· Greeting visitors, clients, and couriers at the office.

· Keeping the office in good order, handling supplies and facilities requirements.

· Giving ad hoc support to artist managers and bookkeeper.

· Organising and hosting weekly meetings between all staff members, collating agendas and distributing notes.

· Helping oversee the interior update of the office.

· Implementing changes to enhance office efficiency.

· Managing company filing, promotional materials, and music.

· Ensuring secure and organised storage.

· Assisting Directors with expenses.

· Organising cultural events for the team and weekly internal lunches.

· Overseeing the staff attendance at artist shows.

Requirements:

· Previous experience working as a PA, ideally within the music industry.

· Strong communication skills.

· Excellent organisational abilities.

· Enthusiasm for electronic music.
