Our client has an exciting opportunity for a full time PA/Legal Secretary to join an ambitious, enthusiastic and expanding Commercial Services Business Unit. The position is integral to the smooth running of the Commercial Services Unit. You will need to be able to prioritise tasks for each unit and manage expectations with the fee earners.

You will be working primarily with the Corporate team but will assist other business units when necessary - Dispute Resolution, Employment and Commercial Property.

  • Proactive & enthusiastic
  • Precise typing skills (via digital audio - Big Hand)
  • Case Management experience

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work from various Fee Earners.

Attention to detail, a professional, polite and attentive telephone manner along with a methodical approach to work, which needs to be completed under strict deadlines, are important for this role.

It is essential that the successful candidate be able to demonstrate previous experience and knowledge of working as a Legal Secretary in a legal environment and that they have the skills required to undertake this role.
