Description

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to senior management
  • Coordinate and manage diaries, meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Manage internal and external communication
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Support the team in administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the London office

Profile

A successful PA/EA should have:

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Worked as a PA/EA role would be advantageous
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
