Full-Time Personal Assistant

Location: HP19

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 08:00-17:00

Job Description:

Seeking a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant to join our growing organisation. In this position, you will be expected to manage a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking notes, scheduling meetings, and assisting with organisational workflow. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel Bookings: Manage travel arrangements for all employees.
  • Guests Welcoming: Welcome guests and offer them tea/coffee.
  • Meeting Room Maintenance: Always ensure cleanliness in the meeting room and keep everything ready for the guests.
  • Booking Management: Manage multiple bookings and meetings.
  • Data Management: Manage the excel sheets/KPI’s for the direct reportees of Directors.
  • Meeting Summaries: Prepare minutes of the meetings/summaries.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidential information and data as requested.
  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings as per the appointments for Directors.

Required skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
