Our client is a professional services firm, looking to hire a PA on a 12-month contract to support a Partners and 4 Managers.

Salary - £38,000 - £40,000 + bonus, fantastic benefits and 25 days holiday.

Hybrid working - Three days working in the office

Location- City location. Amazing offices, great culture!

Hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

PA duties include:

  • Diary management for the Partner and four Managers
  • Producing invoices
  • Producing letters and fee notes
  • Administration duties to do with onboarding clients
  • Booking UK and some international travel
  • Taking notes in meetings
  • First point of contact for the team
  • Updating the CRM system with client information
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations
  • Meeting and greeting clients in the office
  • Assisting with project work
  • Covering members of the PA team

PA profile:

  • Have previously worked as a PA or Executive Assistant ideally within professional or financial services
  • Be able to commit to a 12-month contract or longer if needed
  • Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, prioritising and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Be a great team player with a positive, "CanDo" flexible approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
