We are recruiting several P2P Administrators to join our successful team within NHS Shared Business Services. The P2P team provide a full accounts payable service to clients from invoice capture right through to payment. The successful candidates will be given full training in several processes including managing invoice verification, purchase order matching and exception handling.

This hybrid role is predominantly remote but team members are required to attend either the Bristol or Leeds office every quarter for collaborative meetings. Please note the first 3 weeks will be training in the office.

What you will be doing:

  • Processing invoices on behalf of our clients in line with required processes
  • Answer phone calls and emails to resolve ongoing queries
  • Complete work to contractually agreed timelines
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers to help you be successful in your role
  • Be open to changes in a continuous improvement environment and adapt to help the P2P Team meet both current and future needs
  • Always looking for ways to make our services even better

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment with a dependency on accurate data inputting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise workload within agreed timeframes
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages (particularly Outlook & Excel).

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience and knowledge of Oracle
  • NHS/Public Sector experience

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: UK (Anywhere) - must be able to commute to Leeds or Bristol quarterly
Security Clearance Level: DBS
Salary: £23,000 per annum
