P/Time Project Assistant x2 - £15.72ph plus holiday pay - Central London

Start ASAP for three months initially

Four days per week (Monday - Thursday)


We are currently recruiting for two part time Project Assistants to join one of London's leading Research Institutes. The role is fully office based.

Working with a research team you will provide a range of administrative support including:

  • Sending results emails to Paramedics upon completion of their training.
  • Sending out training certificates.
  • Responding to emails, acknowledging receipt of documentation and following up any other information/documents required.
  • Updating site trackers.
  • Saving documents in Trial Master file.
  • Ticking documents off on database PSC.
  • Uploading contacts to database.
  • Minuting weekly team meeting.
  • Preparing document packs - as and when needed.
  • Laminating posters.
  • Laminating pocket cards.

Any experience in the HE, Research or Clinical trials environment would be beneficial.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Proven recent relevant office experience.
  • Good IT skills, including proven proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • High degree of accuracy and the ability to pay close attention to detail and presentation.
  • Organised approach with the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent numeric skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to working effectively as part of a team.
  • A flexible approach to work responsibilities.
