Part time HR Advisor - Christchurch - up to £42,000 pro rata

What you'll be doing:
As the HR Advisor you will be reporting to the Head of Operations and working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team. The role will be responsible for all aspects of the HR process and practice.
About the company:
Our client is a well-established financial services company based in the Dorset area, services including Investment and pensions along with planning consultations.
What we're looking for:
- CIPD qualified at level 3 or above, or equivalent experience working in an all-round generalist role in Human resources.
- Ability to negotiate and influence at a senior level.
- Coaching and implementation of policies for working practices.
- Knowledge of the change management process.
- Able to build credibility trust and confidence with all decisions.
Hours & Benefits:
- 25 hours per week, over 5 days - flexibility
- Office and home-based 1 day per week
- Discretionary Bonus
- Pension
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
- Private Medical after 6 months service
- Training and Further development
