A high growth top 10 Accountancy firm based in Central London are recruiting an Outsourcing Partner due to their continued and sustained growth. The firm have had an established Outsourcing team for many years and specialise in working with dynamic SMEs across a range of sectors, covering both UK and multinational organisations.

This role is integral to the continued growth of the Outsourcing department and the firm as a whole. You will be responsible for managing a large and diverse client base, mentoring, and managing a team of qualified and part qualified accountants and leading the short- and long-term strategy of the team.

The firm are one of the fastest growing firms in London with a supremely interesting client base and a brilliant business model. They have a superb culture and a very low staff turnover and overall are a brilliant firm to work for.

  • Identify business development opportunities through events and business partnering with other departments.
  • Managing client relationships, dealing with issues and challenges that arise and impacting the overall growth of said clients.
  • Managing and mentoring employees and reviewing work as and when needed.
  • Along with the other Partners and the CEO, playing an integral role in developing the long-term strategy of the team.
