Outsourcing Governance - Compliance Analyst

A leading payment services business are looking for a compliance monitoring professional, focusing on outsourcing and third parties compliance to join their team. The role requires responsibility for periodic compliance monitoring reviews across the broad business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and monitoring activities provided by outsourced partners
  • Supporting the development of the outsourcing framework
  • Managing the outsourcing framework, including policies and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborating with service / vendor managers on exit plans and other required governance
  • Meeting with compliance partners and business stakeholders
  • Discussing the outcome on identified risks from the reviews undertaken
  • Assessing regulatory controls with robust compliance testing duties

Experience:

  • Experience developing and managing outsourcing frameworks for payment institutions
  • Awareness of third-part risk management, vendor management, procurement processes
  • Awareness of operational resilience industry standards and requirements
  • Experience carrying out compliance monitoring / assurance reviews in a payment services or banking firm
  • Experience with global regulators - FCA, EBA, PSD2 requirements
  • Excellent analytical and attention to detail skills
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and adept at working in a multicultural environment
