Outsourcing Director

CMA are working with leading firm Accountants and advisors with offices across the UK to add an Outsourcing Director to their Portsmouth team, this firm has experienced rapid growth over the past few years and is looking for an individual who shares their personal approach and commitment to clients.

What will the Outsourcing Director role involve?

• Responsible for the success of the department, while managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team.
• Work closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service for both day to day compliance and advisory aspects by both you and the team.
• Assist the Managers in running of the department.
• Look for continuous improvement within the team and across the Group.
• Be a proven work winner and have a passion for providing Outsourcing services to clients.
• The ability to provide high level advisory support to our clients, on an outsourced financial director basis.

Suitable Candidate for the Outsourcing Director vacancy:

• ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified.
• Possess a senior level experience and the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients, whilst leading a team.
• Make decisions, solve problems and take appropriate action.
• Seek new business opportunities.
