Origination Deal Team | Sponsor Finance, LBO | London

Future_find is retained by a growing provider of leveraged debt facilities for the UK lower mid-market, to hire into their active deal origination team.

Our client is an established deal-team with c£500m AUM. They are looking to grow aggressively over the coming 2-3 years, and these positions will be key to helping the team succeed in their goal.

Each role will focus on end-to-end leveraged transactions with sponsor involvement (mainly PE, some VC) that are typically growth-event driven. The positions and team are both based in London, and we're hoping to engage with candidates possessing excellent modelling and financial analysis skills as the first 'must have'. In addition, each role will also be client facing and internal stakeholder facing, therefore wider relationship management and 'soft' skills outside of the technical deal skills will also be highly valued.

Technical Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, specifically including Excel knowledge and ability to handle complex issues.
• Direct experience of financial modelling and sound understanding of financial statements is non-negotiable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of leveraged finance structures and credit risk considerations.
• Interested in commercial considerations and capability to apply strategic thinking, as well as having an ambitious attitude towards self-development.
• Full compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards at all times

There are multiple hiring opportunities with this team. Please Depending on experience, you will be considered against Analyst, Associate and Associate Director levels. Please note Analysts still require a minimum of 2+ years relevant transaction experience.
