Future_find are currently managing a retained process, to recruit an Analyst level hire for a leading provider of Leveraged Finance, Structured Debt, and wider Corporate Lending facilities, to UK SME and Lower Mid-Markets firms.

Our client is a rapidly expanding lender who focus primarily on corporate transactions in key growth markets across the UK. This role is a junior hire into the origination team to help support Deal Directors with key execution functions such as; Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Due-Diligence, Credit Risk Analysis and Credit Report Writing, as well as partaking in client relationship responsibilities and internal stakeholder relationship responsibilities. You will have exposure to the full end-to-end deal cycle.

Whilst we will consider all applicants, we recommend that this role is most suitable for professionals with 2+ years of complementing deal / transaction experience. The salary is very competitive for someone who is currently an Analyst / Associate level in another deal team.

Technical Requirements

• Analytical skills - specifically including Excel knowledge and ability to handle complex issues.
• Experience of financial modelling and understanding of financial statements.
• Previous knowledge of leveraged finance structures.
• Previous experience with credit risk considerations.
• Interested in commercial considerations and capability to apply strategic thinking, as well as having an ambitious attitude towards self-development.
