To assist the team with administrative and technical tasks in the UK head office. Administrative tasks including placing orders, creating quotes, and dealing with queries. You will also be required to provide technical assistance to dealers in the UK, Republic of Ireland and Canada and USA.

Client Support Position Overview

  • Order processing and additional order related administration
  • Provide technical support to dealers via telephone, email and Team Viewer
  • Liaise with technical departments in overseas office
  • Create pricing and quotations for special elements within an order
  • Use a variety of in-house software programmes
  • Some use of AutoCAD for creating production drawings

Client Support Position Requirements

  • Order processing / estimating / technical support experience
  • Experience within the façade / fenestration industry
  • Commutable distance to office in North-West London
  • Strong communication skills

Client Support Position Remuneration

  • Salary of £28,000 - £30,000
  • Performance Bonus
  • Working hours 09:00 to 17:00
  • Position is office based
  • Pension
  • 25 days annual leave, in addition to 8 bank holidays

  • Fully Stocked kitchen provided onsite.
