Job Role: Pipefitter/Stick/ARC Welder
Location: Manchester
Shift: Days Only
Salary: £16.00ph

Metalis is working in partnership with a market leading supplier of bespoke prefabricated steel and mechanical products in Oldham who are looking to hire a Skilled Pipefitter/Welder on a permanent contract.

Job Duties:

• Stainless steel and mild steel pipe work
• Performing stick/ARC welding
• Performing pipe rolling / welding
• Fabrication of pipework and pipework assemblies
• Factory based

Job Requirements:

• Ideally apprentice trained or time served Stick Welder
• Must have experience with within a high tolerance engineering environment, ideally with pipework
• Ability to work from engineering drawings
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good accuracy and attention to detail

Salary & Shift:

• Days Only
• Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm
• £16.00ph (to increase with skillset)
• Overtime available
