Our client, a market leading Financial Services organisation, are currently looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant to join their team of 5 - a highly collaborative team with 100% Employee Net Promoter Score who pride themselves on cross training, knowledge sharing and collaborative progression.

The team work closely with Oracle, as a trusted member of their advisory boards, and have strong integration of their products. This role is therefore a great opportunity for a consultant to gain hands on experience across the HCM's modules and utilise the special partnership they have with Oracle, aiding progression, and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearheading and advancing their current Oracle Cloud HCM deployment to enhance the experience of their associates.
• Offering guidance to our stakeholders on process enhancements and efficiency's that can be achieved through Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to acquaint them with Oracle Cloud HCM developments and assist them in making decisions for future operational solutions.
• Accountable for a wide range of activities involving the product development lifecycle, including providing hyper care and transitioning to the support team.
• Coordinating with their third-party suppliers and actively engaging with Oracle to align with future HR technologies.
• Work on HR process solution design, conduct requirements analysis, and provide advice on resourcing requirements for planning and estimating purposes.

Role Requirements:

• Oracle Cloud HCM Core (required)
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll (beneficial)
• Experience of full end to end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Experience of consulting, designing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM in a within project environments.
• Passion and experience with continual service improvement
