Job Title: Shift Operator
Salary:
Up to £15 per hour!
Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate packing machinery efficiently and accurately.
  • Stack boxes onto pallets according to specified guidelines.
  • Weigh, wrap, and label bags and pallets with precision.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.
  • Utilise a counterbalance forklift to manoeuvre stock safely and effectively.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control standards.

Requirements:

  • You must have a valid counterbalance licence
  • Previous experience within a factory / working a production line would be preferred.
