Operations Support Team Lead

The Business

The business is a fast-growing and well-established Financial Services business with offices across the UK. The business is growing organically, as well as through acquisitions, hence the need to expand the support team. This is a remote role.

The Role

You will be leading the operations support team and working closely with the Head of Operational Enablement where you’ll be first line support for escalations from the team for agencies, novations, and operation support queries. You will ensure the team is following agency, novation, and validation processes to minimise risk, and plans are novated accurately and in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for individual novation and agency projects from start to end to deliver positive outcomes to the business as well as newly acquired firms.
