OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER (WASTE MANAGEMENT) - ESSEX - 3-MONTHS - £17.75 PER HOUR

ARM are working with a local council who are seeking an Operations Support manager to come in on a contract basis in Braintree.

About You:

To applicable for this position, you will need the following:

- Extensive experience managing teams with good results and development.

- Experience working for a local government, understanding the challenges faced.

- Excellent people management skills and communication skills.

- Previous experience with waste management.

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for managing the waste management team, ensuring that targets are being hit and that all is being run smoothly. This will include regular team meetings, 1:1's with staff and working closely to achieve service-related goals.

This position will be based in Braintree and will offer flexible working.

What you can expect in return:

This position is an initial 3-month contract and will be paying £17.75 PAYE. There will be benefits also including flexible working, learning and development, staff recognition schemes.

For this position you will need to be permanently eligible to work in the UK.
