A fantastic opportunity working with a global ecommerce and high-end retail brand for a permanent and full-time position as an Operations Specialist based in Hersham. Your new role
Your new role will be to work closely with the order processing and wider team to assist in the coordination and operations fulfilment activities relating to the successful launch and distribution of products. You will be the point of contact with one of their key brands for any queries relating to stock availability and distribution. You will forecast stock availability in Excel, working closely with the sales team and working to KPIs. You will co-ordinate shipping requests, invoices and deliveries in a courteous manner.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to have a strong customer focus, experience with managing important account relationships (B2B) and work within a product-based organisation such as manufacturing, logistics, wholesale, supply chain,, e-commerce. You will have ideally worked in an operations team within a supply chain/logistics and have used SAP or an ERP system. You will be within a reasonable commute to Hersham/Walton-on-Thames.
What you'll get in return

In return you will be offered a brilliant salary of £30,000 with hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. You will work a schedule from Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-5:30pm. There is FREE parking on site, 25 days holiday PLUS bank holiday, private health care, and at the company's discretion, you will also have an allowance of FREE products for the year.
