Operations Manager

Our client is a thriving international bank with confirmed growth plans for 2024 that’s looking for an Operations Manager on a 9 month fixed term contract basis to lead and nurture a team of Payments and Loan Operations Analysts.

Ideal candidate’s will have a deep understanding of the UK payments market, PSD2, clearing and SWIFT payments and previous management experience is a must. 

The selected individual will not only manage the bank’s daily operations, including transaction processing and life cycle management, but also drive transformation by identifying system process improvements and aiding in the implementation of new technology.

Our client has also requested that candidates must possess a strong background in data governance with hands on experience.  Candidates with a background working with SME international banks, (AFB background) would be at an advantage due to the size of the organisation.

Please note this is a fixed term contract 9 month position and as such candidates must be immediately available to start and commit to the duration of the contract.
