Role:
Regen Solutions is currently working with a Tier 1 Contractor who are looking to take on an Operations Manager who will run their Reactive Repairs and Voids Service.
Both Operationally and Commercially responsible for around £7 - £8m per annum.
Experience:
- Managing 2 Reactive Repairs Contracts across Surrey worth around £7m PA.
- The overall strategic direction and performance of the business unit
- Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teams
- P&L, cash flow and costs
- Creating a work safe culture
- Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time
- Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors
- Must have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlook
- Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)
- A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a team
- Able to produce and deliver progress reports
- Must be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects via their management team
