An established maintenance company are currently looking for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager role involves ensuring the company’s operational needs support the business growth alongside championing the vision of the business through strong leadership and guidance.

  • Up to £90,000
  • Mon - Fri | 8.30am - 5pm
  • Office based role

Operations Manager responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Contract Managers regarding the safe operational delivery of all projects and contracts within the time budgets, to specification and to highest quality standards
  • Formulating and executing operational strategies and plans to ensure corporate goals are achieved
  • Monitoring budgets and forecasting
  • Monitoring and evaluating processes and company resources to maximise efficiency and increase productivity whilst maintaining excellent standards of health and safety
  • Leading and implementation of the company’s operational and safety strategies

Operations Manager required skills/competencies:

  • Experience within the maintenance/construction sector desirable
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
