Job Description: Operations Manager

As the Operations Duty Manager you will report directly into the General Manager. You will be challenged with ensuring that through delivering training and development of the staff you deliver the very best in service and standards whilst ensuring that business targets are met.

You will ensure the hotel operates to the exceptionally high standards and carryout multiple tasks throughout the hotel including guest check in, oversee the F&B functions and ensure the highest service standards are maintained at all times.

Who we’re looking for:

We are proudly working with this fantastic luxury hotel that is looking for a widely experienced hands-on Operations Manager. My client is ideally looking for someone with experience of multiple hotel departments including, reception, F&B Management, and housekeeping.

You MUST have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in 4- or 5-star hotel and multiple departmental experience.
