In this varied and exciting role you will lead and motivate both office and workshop staff ensuring they are aware of their individual daily objectives. You will manage budgets, monitor performance and drive quality standards across the business.

This opportunity would suit an Operations Manager or similar with a background in equipment manufacturing/distributing or similar looking to work an exciting, expanding sustainable equipment company, with personal growth and development.

The Role:
* Oversee operations of office and workshop teams
* Manage budgeting, performance and quality standards
* Monday to Friday, office based

The Person:
* Operations Manager or similar
* Experience in a manufacturing/construction/equipment/distribution/parts/similar environment
* Commutable to Measham (no relocators)
