A career advancing opportunity to join a newly launched Beauty brand, shaking up the industry and growing within a super exciting and incredibly lucrative category. Working in a standalone Operations Manager role you position will be a crucial part of the business.

What will you do?

• Manage and process customer orders from both D2C and Retailers, improving processes
• Work alongside 3PL providers and liaise with supply chain to forecast stock levels
• First point of contact for customer accounts dealing with any inbound enquiries
• Raise purchase orders, chase suppliers and provide ETA updates
• Provide aftercare support to customer accounts
• Support the founder running sales analysis and reports

What do you need?

• Previous experience working in an operational/coordinator position
• Beauty/FMCG background is essential for the role
• Experience working within a startup environment would be an advantage
• Enthusiastic and comfortable working within a standalone role
• Keen to progress and grow with the brand
