Role: Operations Manager

Location: Southampton

Salary: £30,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Monday to Friday Dependent on business needs some weekends and evenings maybe required

I'm currently partnered with a leading student accommodation company who are looking for an Operations Manager in Southampton to join their team. As part of our vibrant team, you'll oversee property operations, ensuring a safe and exceptional experience for residents and visitors alike. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property operations, sales, and rent collection.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and safety.
• Collaborate with teams for student welfare and facility management.
• Handle tenancy agreements and debt management.
• Participate in events and training for professional development.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in management, preferably in student accommodation.
• Strong customer service and sales experience.
• Proficiency in facilities management and ANUK guidelines.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
