Our client, a well established and rapidly expanding employee benefits consultancy, is currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager to provide leadership and development support to their support and administration teams.

You will be responsible for managing the support team to deliver enhanced client service and retention. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and the broader operations team on operational process change work, projects including business acquisitions and integrations. When required you will support the ISO management team in respect maintaining ISO9001/27001. Ensure coaching and development of all team members takes place and develop processes, operational excellence and controls to help drive delivery of QA checking across the business.

Candidates need to come from an employee benefits background and be able to demonstrate a depth and breadth of operational management / service delivery. You will have demonstrable expertise in service quality, process, people and technology. You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and be able to organise and manage both your teams and your own time effectively and efficiently.
