Job Role: Operations Manager – Air Source Heat Pump           

Area: Medway Towns             

Salary: £50k - £55k

My client is looking for an Air Source Heat Pump Operations manage this is a great opportunity for an experienced Lead Heat Pump Engineer to join a reputable company, with plenty of opportunity for progression.

Initially you’ll be working as an Installer however as the first hire in this division, as the business grows you will be progressed, eventually heading up the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical aspects of installing monobloc and split air source heat pumps in residential properties.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines and take responsibility for meeting delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including project budgets.
• Successfully overcome any technical challenges on site, liaising with the customer and office.
• You'll be responsible for installing Air Source Heat Pumps.
• The role will also include some survey's, planning, and commissioning as well as supervising and training team members.
• Although mainly installing and commissioning of systems, the role will also involve some service/repair and maintenance works.
• Working mobile and covering the Southeast of England.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Qualified domestic plumbing and heating engineer - ideally NVQ 2/3 etc.
• Air Source Heat Pump installation experience - minimum 5 years’ experience.
• BPEC level 3, MCS accreditation or equivalent in heat pumps.
• Must be commutable to Kent
