About your new role:

As the Order Management Specialist, you'll be integral to the team, supporting Sales and Logistics functions throughout the customer order life cycle. From managing orders to resolving delivery issues, you'll make sure all major operations are seamless and service is excellent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a central point of contact for customer orders, prioritizing based on availability.
• Liaise daily with Sales and Logistics teams, managing new orders, changes, and delivery schedules
• Provide insight and problem resolution for material shortages, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain order quality and contribute valuable data insights to daily meetings.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work accurately and within strict timescales.

What's on offer?

Competitive Salary: £31,000 per year

15% annual bonus.
