I am looking for an Operational Excellence Lead to join a leading Aerospace corporation. You will be responsible for providing leadership and delivery of improvement programs across the site, delivering Lean Sigma Black Belt projects and expertise on application of lean sigma tools and techniques.

Operational Excellence Lead
Job Description
  • Drive the Performance Systems across the site leadership and aligns with all functions on Performance Systems. Acts as the interface between the site and the Division in all Improvement and Performance System matters.
  • Lead the business with regard to Business Continuity and Risk Management alongside ensuring effective strategy deployment into the site and its execution.
  • Deliver of business improvements and cost savings through the delivery of improvement Projects.
  • Coach effectively to increase capabilities across the site for Green Belts & problem solving
  • Member of Site Leadership with accountability for current performance and future strategy.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Lean Sigma Black Belt Certified, working towards or recently qualified
  • Results focused with track record of delivery of improvements.
  • Manufacturing experience, ideally operations leadership experience.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Project Management tools (i.e., MS Project) or similar project tool (s).
