Operations Director - HVAC Rental

Salary: £70,000+ Annual Bonus, Pension, & Company Car

Location: Midlands Based - National Remit

Candidate - Operations Director - HVAC Rental:

  This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful & growing HVAC Rental business. A position has become available to recruit an Operations Director to lead the dynamic and efficient day to day running of the operations function within the business. Focussing on managing and developing the Operations, Engineering, Technology and P+L to provide a first-class service to both staff and customers, whilst assisting the sales team’s performance through precise interaction.
  
  The role will involve overseeing a nationwide depot network, overseeing remote teams of engineers and controlling costs & efficiencies. It will report directly to a Managing Director.
  
  Candidate - Operations Director - HVAC Rental:
  
  The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

• Hands on Experienced Operational leader from a specialist rental business..
• Previous experience of managing teams of mobile engineers.
• Experience of the HVAC Rental sector preferred.
• The preference is for the candidate to have previously introduced technology/AI solutions to improve the operational performance of a business, by streamlining engineering efficiencies.
• Experience of handling a P+L.
• UK wide remit required.
