We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Analytics Insight Lead to spearhead the development of core data analytics capabilities within our division. This role will involve leading the establishment and growth of our data analytics team while nurturing and developing junior talent. The successful candidate will drive the implementation and utilization of data as a key driver of success, collaborating closely with business partners to translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capability Building: Lead the development and implementation of core data analytics capabilities within our division. Define the strategic roadmap for data analytics initiatives and drive the execution of key projects to enhance our analytical capabilities.
  • Talent Development: Mentor, coach, and develop junior talent within the data analytics team. Provide guidance and support to foster skill development, career growth, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Data Strategy Implementation: Align data analytics initiatives with the organization's overall data strategy. Work closely with leadership to ensure that data analytics efforts are aligned with business objectives and priorities.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Forge strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities. Collaborate closely to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business value and inform decision-making.
  • Value-Added Recommendations: Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior executive audiences. Develop compelling narratives, visualizations, and presentations to communicate insights and drive alignment on key strategic initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the data analytics team. Regularly assess and optimize processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and impact.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data analytics leadership roles, with a track record of successfully building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in data mining, process mining, and analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Passion for talent development and a commitment to nurturing and growing junior talent within the organization.
