We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Co-ordinator to join the Home Accessibility Commercial Operations team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Operations Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in the Commercial Operations department supporting the team on all activities.

This role will provide the right person with a holistic view of all activities undertaken within the department. The role will be extremely varied, working on continuous improvement, sub-contractor maintenance as well as vendor management and administration.

We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels and with different departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and support activities within the Commercial Operations team.
  • Assist with the onboarding and administration of all vendors.
  • Assist with the administration duties necessary in monitoring our supply chain.
  • Support in achieving the highest levels of Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
  • Provide support on continuous improvement projects.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness to assist in achieving profitability.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all areas of the business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  • Candidate will be required to deputise for the Commercial Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • The ability to use a range of business systems including Microsoft office suit and business conferencing software.

  • Good standard of English and Maths at GSCE or equivalent.

  • Full UK Driving license - UK travel may be required
