Operations Business Analyst

A Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking for a business analyst to join their Markets Operations team.

• Contract - 10 months
• £700 Umbrella
• 3 days hybrid working - London

Primary Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis of operational processes including flow mapping, root cause analysis & stakeholder interviews
• Business requirement writing and refinement
• Co-ordination of quality assurance and testing, including issue tracking and resolution
• Close stakeholder partnership on business priorities, problem statement definition and project
  Measures of success
• Contribute to driving an innovative and continuous improvement culture within Market Ops

Experience

• 5+ years experience in a fast-paced, large global financial services firm, ideally in an operational organisation
• Strong business analysis skills, including experience working with data
• OTC Clearing knowledge and/or Operations background is highly beneficial
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall
• Strong communication skills
• Technical skills include JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is highly beneficial.
