Your new role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks within the Operations Team, including asset tracking, setting up new starters, and maintaining BCP data. You will also be responsible for embedding best practices and control monitoring for all operational areas, as well as managing the outsourcing, due diligence, and risk assessments to ensure each third party is within risk appetite
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have experience in providing general ad-hoc assistance to the Operations Manager.
