Operations Analyst

Fantastic role for an analytical and project foucsed individual to work at this Lloyd's business and have exposure to the Operations Manager, Active Underwriter, Claims division, Reinsurance performance team;

Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Operations Analyst is responsible for providing routine and ad hoc investigation and interrogation of underwriting, claims, reinsurance and related performance data, monitoring compliance by the Syndicate with key financial metrics and other underwriting and claims requirements including assisting with ensuring strong data quality controls and audit trails.

Excellent opportunity for a candidate who is either working already in operations but would like to work at a smaller, dynamic and entrepreneurial business who will offer more training and development across a wider operations remit, or perhaps has realised they want a new challenge but aren't sure which direction to pursue. Analytical with strong excel essential.
