The role is split 50/50 between both line and project management responsibilities. Line work focuses on everything post-execution – BAU tasks include product management, overseeing settlements, managing PB’s, managing issues / breaks etc. Project work is split between partnering the business & tech teams on system / infrastructure improvements, product enhancements and also working with business managers on new business opportunities. The role provides unrivalled access / exposure to some of the very best portfolio managers / traders in the European investment space.

The hire will have the opportunity to learn VBA, python & SQL to a strong standard in the role.

Progression options can be broad / somewhat unlimited, including a front office TA role for a specific investment desk, execution trader, treasury or business management roles most likely.

Candidates should have 2-5yrs operations / middle office experience from an IB or a Hedge Fund. A fixed income bias is a necessity. Good tech, project management and communication skills are required, as is a solid academic record.

The role will pay a year one £120-150k total comp package (with some flexibility on base to offer the joiner a good step up on current base). The hire will also be offered a sign-on bonus (separate to year end numbers). The firm offer a great pension / healthcare package and fully subsidised industry qualifications.
