Operations Administrator- Immediate

As a virtual learning administrator within an operations team, you will provide administration and technical support to their internal and external customers attending virtual training via an online platform. You will be responsible for setting up, hosting, and supporting sessions, as well as providing reports and recordings to customers. Your duties will also include monitoring and resolving email enquiries, updating sessions, and upskill trainers on virtual delivery.

This is an on-going temp position Monday- Friday 9.00am-17.30. Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities

• Administration of sessions – setup process
• Virtual support sessions
• Resolving technical issues, escalating when required
• Provide reports and recordings to customers
• Monitor and resolve email enquiries
• Upskill trainers on virtual delivery

KPI's & SLA's:

• Emails must be responded to within 6 working hours
• Inbound calls answered within 8 seconds (3 rings)
• Live Chats responded to immediately.

Candidate Skill Set Required:

• Experience using online conferencing platforms such as Cisco WebEx, MSTeams, Zoom
• Proven experience dealing with a high volume queries/calls
• Office applications – Excel, Outlook
