Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for an experienced Operational Planner and Scheduler who is methodical with good organisational and planning skills whilst having a high attention to detail. The role is working within the Operations team for an established, market leading company in High Wycombe.

Duties of the Operational Planner and Scheduler involve:
· Co-ordinating closely with other departments to ensure successful manufacturing and delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
· Using high levels of communication and organisational skills to manage multiple production schedules.

The requirements of the Operational Planner and Scheduler are:
· Proven experience in material planning (minimum of 3 years).
· Proficient with Sage 200 or similar.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to develop strong relationships with partners and team members.
· Be a responsible and reliable individual with excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will be from a manufacturing background and educated to degree standards relating to Operational and Business management. However this is not essential as extensive training and support will be given.
