We are looking for a solid Campaign Manager that LOVES operational & service comms and is passionate about excellent content.

LOCATION: Flexible - we'd like you to be in the office 1-2 days a week - this can be in Northampton or London (Canary Wharf).

ROLE MISSION: As an experienced Campaign Manager, you'll bring your knowledge and expertise of developing and delivering established customer email, direct mail and SMS communications to the existing team.

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF... you're a highly collaborative self-starter who's used to fast paced and deadline-driven environments and skilled at running projects efficiently from end to end. You'll have great communication and organisational/project management skills and work well within a team. Working across Email, SMS and Direct Mail (print), your attention to detail will be brilliant and you'll be experienced in working directly with and managing multiple business stakeholders.

You don't necessarily need experience in Financial Services (although brilliant if you have) but you will have experience of working within a medium to large corporate business and understand the governance, logistics and management this requires. You may already be working in a client side role - or you may be working in an agency and looking for a chance to move across - either way, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a sociable and high-performing team, working on one of the country's leading Financial Services brands.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE: This is a busy role working across email, direct mail and SMS. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, managing and delivering communications to customers on time and to budget
  • Ensuring your communications:
  • Are of the desired standard and effectively deliver against strategic, commercial and brand objectives
  • Are on product message
  • Are customer focused
  • Are developed in line with brand guidelines and aligned to brand values
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and developed in line with relevant governance frameworks
  • Consistently reflect industry best practice
  • Have high levels of accuracy across all comms and QA is never compromised
  • Reviewing campaigns and programmes, reporting on performance and capturing learnings to implement
  • Working collaboratively with creative and production agencies to ensure campaigns are industry best practice and customer-centric
  • Managing and coordinating all stakeholders throughout the delivery of your campaigns
  • Keeping The Consumer Duty at the heart of everything you do
