We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our client's recovery-focused AP (Approved Premises) team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Lambeth or Islington, London. Hybrid role, 10am-4pm as core hours, Salary from £44,000-£44,742kpa

Joining their dedicated and compassionate team, you will play a crucial role in providing supervision, monitoring, and enforcement of sanctions to support the rehabilitation and reintegration of female offenders.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Staff supervision and performance management, ensuring the team is motivated and delivering impactful interventions.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively work with individuals displaying a range of emotions and communication challenges.

You should have:

  • Previous experience working with offenders in a residential setting and a clear understanding of the criminal justice system.
  • In addition, you will have a strong grasp of MS Office applications and be capable of producing professional written documentation for diverse audiences. Numerical capabilities and knowledge of financial information interpretation are also essential.
