Your new job working as a Open Market Processing Technician/ Operations Technician, will be working for an innovative and growing Independent Global Lloyd's Brokers who have been established for over 100 years. With offices based in the UK, USA and worldwide your new Brokers pride themselves on understanding the importance of being client-focused and are growing in all areas, they have recently been named an employer of choice. Due to substantial growth within their Operations team permanent position as an Open market processing /Technician / Operations Technician has arisen within their London City office, this role will be homebased with office working 1 day a week.

Your new role
Your new job working as an Open market Premium processing /Operations Technician means you will be responsible for handling all post placement activities including processing of premium and associated transactions, issuance of formal documentation as well as any query resolutions. You will be responsible for checking formal documents (including, but not limited to, BIDs, Certificates, Endorsements, MRCs, Policies etc.) for accuracy prior to processing. Submitting Policy documentation (both bureaux and non-bureaux as well as the processing of transactional via Internal processing system. This role will also include the producing of debit/credit notes and bureau submissions and the handling and resolving of client and queries.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Premium Technician or back end Technician in a similar role handling International or North American Non Marine risks will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have high attention to detail and be able to use your own initiative. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have knowledge of IMR, Xchanging, Excel and Outlook. You will be able to manage and control your own personal effectiveness, including time management and priority setting during this role. This role will be homebased with occasional travel into London You'll be offered a competitive salary of up to £38,000 (dep on exp) plus comprehensive benefits package.
