Job Description:

As the Online Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing various online marketing activities. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of digital campaigns, maintain website integrity, and facilitate effective communication with the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to manage all aspects of digital campaign activities, including:

  • Active management of the Trustpilot review site

  • Engaging with consumers across social media platforms

  • Crafting compelling consumer blogs, emails, and copywriting

  • Creating and sending emails through Mailchimp

  • Updating online guides and e-brochures

  • Contributing to the monthly social media plan and managing social accounts

  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager to maintain website integrity, including:

  • Updating information on the backend of the website

  • Ensuring accurate pricing, lead times, and promotions on the website

  • Assisting with launching new products

  • Printing and distributing promotional materials

  • Sending newsletters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • Proven experience in digital marketing

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Mailchimp, social media platforms, and website content management systems

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
