Job Title: Compliance Onboarding Specialist
Location: Central London (Office-based)

A leading property finance lender, specialising in bridging loans (Regulated & Unregulated and BTL). Proud to have assisted numerous property professionals, business owners, and individuals with their finance requirements.

About the role :
We are looking for a Onboarding Specialist to join our small compliance team who will be reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer. This is mainly an Onboarding Specialist role where ownership of the function will eventually be passed to you and has scope to expand to other responsibilities. This role will progress into a compliance associate role - covering all area’s of compliance. This role will suit someone who has senior level of senior / experienced customer service or onboarding agent looking to take the next step in their career or someone to make the move into compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of the regulatory obligations (JMLSG, POCA, CFT, FCA Handbook).
  • Hard-working individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to handle a varied workload and work within prescribed timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in compliance or a related field is desirable.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, and sanction monitoring processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
