Our clients have an exciting opportunity to join their Technical Planning team in the heart of Newcastle as an On-boarding Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Training and on-boarding of new advisers
  • Providing insight and support on the regulated advice process
  • Assist in formal adviser introduction course
  • Assessing and reporting on adviser competency


Requirements:

  • Ideally hold Level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning, would consider partially qualified working towards obtaining full diploma
  • Have a robust understanding and knowledge of investment products and taxation
  • Have good experience in Financial Services, particularly with a regulated advice environment and/or Training & Competence background
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear technical support to advisers
