Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic On Boarding Coordinator to join our team in Leicester, Manchester or Banbury (hybrid working 2 days per week from home). You will join us on a full time, permanent. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus company benefits.

As our On Boarding Coordinator, you will ensure the compliant and effective on boarding of new Clients. The role focusses on supporting the Business Centre’s working alongside the Sales team to maximise new business and ensure an efficient transition from prospect to Client in order to achieve consistent security and profitability of BFS.  This is achieved through maintaining excellent standards of customer service  internally and externally..

Your key duties as our On Boarding Coordinator will include:

  • Raising and checking legal documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure that any risk is escalated to protect BFS against fraudulent activity and minimise bad debt
  • Creation of Client Profile within BFS operating systems ensuring accuracy and compliance 
  • Carry out verification of debt and debtors in line with KPC’s
  • Meet the On Boarding Service Level Agreement, ensuring excellent level of service to the Clients, Introducers and Business/Service Centres 
  • Work with Sales, Operations and Risk when onboarding new prospects, making sure the transition for the client is effortless
  • Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training

What we are looking for in our ideal On Boarding Coordinator:

  • Experience of detailed financial data entry work
  • Experience of regular Client and internal team interaction demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Organisational skills and a good eye for detail 
  • Understanding of generic internal systems and commonly used software packages such as MS Office
  • A target driven team player who is able to work under pressure
