Achieve Professionals is working with a reputable North East law firm in their requirement for an Office Services Assistant to join their busy firm.

Position: Office Services Assistant

Location: Newcastle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing refreshments for clients
  • Greeting clients
  • Reception cover
  • Assisting with post, photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving
  • General administration
  • Assisting with office moves including relocation of office furniture and also helping to set up functions, seminars and employee events
  • Assisting with the smooth running of the office

Experience:

  • Excellent administrative skills essential
  • Front of house experience in a professional services environment or hotel desirable.

Skills & Attributes:

  • You must be self motivated, highly organised and enthusiastic
  • Willing to work hard in a team environment
  • Possess good communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as general IT skills.
  • Willing to cover a variety of tasks and work outside core hours on occasion.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5.
