Location: London Bridge, SE1

Hours: Part Time - 2 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday - 9am-5.30pm)

Salary: £14-£17 per hour

An amazing opportunity has come up to work with an incredible global creative agency as a Studio Manager (part time) in their London Studio to support the running of the studio taking care of the team and managing smooth operations.

As Studio Manager, you will be working with the culture crew to organise all birthday treats, quizzes, yoga days and any other initiatives. The Studio Manager will be in charge of front of house and all studio admin support. This is an amazing role 2 days a week to work in a fun and friendly environment. The Studio Manager will be like an office 'mum’ well organised, efficient, warm with strong Microsoft skills.

This role would suit someone with general administration and reception/front of house experience looking to work part-time, two days per week in a friendly and enjoyable working environment.

Responsibilities

Front of House-

  • General reception duties (answering phones/ intercom, greeting clients, preparing refreshments, meeting room bookings, setup/support, etc)
  • Ensuring front and back of house are kept tidy and presentable.
  • General secretarial and administration duties (composing correspondence, post, filing, stationery, studio supplies and refreshments)
  • Studio Breakfasts & Lunches (ordering, setting up & clearing etc)

Studio Admin Support-

  • Organising all events including Christmas and Summer parties, Quarterly meetings, acknowledging work anniversaries, staff birthdays, etc)
  • General administration duties including organisation of travel for directors and other members of staff as necessary, booking flights, taxi’s and accommodation.
  • Assisting Studio Manager with Culture Team arrangements as & when required
  • Preparing the Weekly Digest internal email
  • Support Manager with HR/Office Improvements etc

You will need to be -

  • Good with computer systems
  • Polished communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
